About Us

The Village Hall is a registered charity and is managed for the benefit of the community by a small team of Trustees. The Constitution allows for a total of 12 Trustees and there are currently vacancies.  The role of a Trustee is to ensure the effective management of the building, ensure it is keep in good repair, is available for hire, to effectively manage bookings and ensure that the finances remain sound.  Although not a requirement, the Trustees are a committed team who like to see facilities at the Hall improved and this leads to extra fund raising events. Jumble/table top sales, raffles and coffee mornings ensure that extra provisions can be made and rents kept at an affordable level.

If you are interested in serving your community please get in touch.  We welcome people of all ages and feel sure that by using your talents you can help ensure this fantastic village amenity remains.  You will gain a sense of satisfaction and enjoy laughter and good camaraderie along the way!
