Dance & Fitness Classes

So ladies and gentlemen coming next week on Tuesday the 11th of April, SNS Dance Duo are starting their adult dance and fitness classes!!

The morning classes: FITNESS

At 9.15-10am there is a Burlexercise class. This is a burlesque inspired fitness class, combining both cardio and resistance training with a wiggle! (Tori-Rose Burlexercise)

At 10.15-11.15am there is a LIIT fitness training class (LOW impact intensity training). It’s a circuit based fitness class involving mainly cardio but with muscles resistance training. Perfect for people with consistent aches pains and less mobility.

At 11.30-12.15 there is a HIIT fitness training class (HIGH impact intensity training). This is also a circuit based fitness class, it involves harder more intense muscle training. More suited for able bodied people who want more of a challenge.

The afternoon classes: ADULT DANCE

At 1-1.45 will be a class with Vicky. This is a commercial class with some general posture technique involved as well.

At 2-2.45 will be with Sean. This is a hip hop class involving technique and confidence building.

These classes will be held at the Lanner village hall.
