Once again, a lovely Evening of Mediumship with many Messages from Heavenly Spirits for the Audience, via Psychic Clairvoyant Medium Deby Ould. This is to be held in Lanner Village Hall, near Redruth and there will be half time home made refreshments available for all (teas and coffees included in ticket price). This is a lovely family and friends evening, with some amazing and surprising messages to come! You can pre-book your tickets via Deby (just pm me for Details), if you wish or pay on the door on the evening itself. Tickets are £15 each.

Goddard Life Fitness – Tuesday Mornings

Goddard Life Fitness are coming to the Lanner Village Hall.
Jon Goddard will be here every Tuesday morning starting from 20th of March.
Goddard Life Fitness are a family run business that originally started up north many years ago. Since moving to Stithians three years ago Jon (an ex Pro Rugby Player) and Kerry (ex Miss Dance of Great Britain) have been helping people of all ages feel physically and mentally at their best. Primarily they’ve been working in Stithians but they’re now branching out by coming here to the Lanner Village Hall.

7-8am – Mindful Core (Booking Essential)
8.15- 9.45am – 1-1 or small group Mindfulness and/or Personal Training (Booking Essential)
10-11am – Life Active Over 50’s Class

Mindful Core: 7-8am…..Jon’s first class of the morning will be the very popular Mindful Core. A core strength class that has been proven to improve posture, relieve back pain and improve overall fitness. The class is always a lot of fun and uses Swiss balls so you’ll be doing exercises you never thought possible. Throughout this calm and gentle class Jon will use relaxing music and the many things he’s learned as a Mindfulness practitioner to bring you back to the present moment, relieving stress and anxiety and helping you start your day in the best possible way. The class even concludes with a short meditation exercise that many people now use to improve their sleeping habits and release built up tension.

Mindfulness & Personal Training: 8.15-9.45am…..Jon will be available for Mindfulness, Personal Training or both during these times. Jon has been based at The Wellness Hut in Stithians but with the popularity of his services growing he now visits schools, work places and people’s homes to deliver Mindfulness Sessions and Personal Training. From his many years of experience Jon has found that where the mind goes the body will follow, so combining Mindfulness with Personal Training when necessary will give people lasting results. Not just a quick fix…Jon will give you the tools to look after yourself both physically and mentally for a life time. Mindfulness and many of the other sources of wisdom and techniques Jon uses have been getting some incredible results.

Life Active Over 50’s: 10-11am…..With a gentle approach that will keep you safe but give you plenty of room for improvement, this class is not the usual hard core circuit class. Warming up to music, a long stretch and then exercises that will help to improve your fitness, mobility and core strength. The class then concludes with a short relaxation exercise to help you leave the room feeling calm and refreshed. Jon has had lots of experience working with people of this age and has even had someone in their 90’s attend. Jon will be on hand to give you his personal care and attention, with many alternative exercises if you’re struggling with an injury.

This is a great way to socialize with people who also want to improve their health and stay that way for many years to come.
